Hello, I’m Emerald! I’ve been working in graphic design and digital art for several years, exploring a wide range of styles, from pixel art to stylized illustrations. I also create VTuber assets and rigging, something I genuinely enjoy and actively continue to develop! Alongside visual art, I’m a writer and self-published indie author. Writing has always been a major part of my creative life, and it strongly influences how I approach design. I care deeply about mood, storytelling, and personality in my work. Not just how it looks, but how it feels! I worked with clients online through platforms like Fiverr from the early 2020s. After encountering serious platform-related issues that resulted in significant financial loss, I decided it was important to take control of my work, earnings, and boundaries. This led me to establish my own Terms of Service and operate independently! Overall, I love collaborating with people who value creativity, clarity, and care. Whether it’s art, design, or writing, my goal is always the same. To help to the best of my ability and provide affordable services without compromising on quality!

Terms of Service (TOS)

By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

1. General

• I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission for any reason.
• All communication should be clear and respectful.
• These terms may be updated at any time; current commissions follow the terms agreed upon at the time of payment.

2. Payments

• A portion of the payment is required upfront unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may vary depending on complexity, scope, and deadline.
• Once work has started, refunds are not available.
• If a commission is cancelled before work begins, a partial or full refund may be discussed.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

• No refunds will be issued after work has started.
• If I am unable to complete your commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes without prior communication may result in blacklisting from future commissions.

4. Revisions

• Reasonable revisions are included unless stated otherwise.
• Major changes or revisions requested after approval may require an additional fee.
• Please provide clear references and instructions to avoid delays.

5. Turnaround Time

• Turnaround time depends on commission type and queue position.
• Deadlines must be discussed before payment.
• Rush commissions may incur an additional fee.
• I am not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or late responses from the client.

6. Usage & Rights

• I retain the copyright to all work unless otherwise agreed.
• You may use the final product for personal or commercial use as discussed.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or claim the work as your own.
• Credit is required where applicable, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Artist Rights

• I reserve the right to showcase completed commissions in my portfolio or social media unless privacy is requested beforehand.
• I reserve the right to refuse edits or requests that violate my boundaries or values.

8. Client Responsibility

• The client is responsible for ensuring all provided references and materials are owned or licensed for use.
• I am not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms or services.

9. Agreement

By commissioning me, you confirm that you understand and agree to these Terms of Service. Failure to comply may result in termination of the commission without refund.
