Who I Am

Hello, I’m Emerald! I’ve been working in graphic design and digital art for several years, exploring a wide range of styles, from pixel art to stylized illustrations. I also create VTuber assets and rigging, something I genuinely enjoy and actively continue to develop!

My Approach

Alongside visual art, I’m a writer and self-published indie author. Writing has always been a major part of my creative life, and it strongly influences how I approach design. I care deeply about mood, storytelling, and personality in my work. Not just how it looks, but how it feels!

Working Independently

I worked with clients online through platforms like Fiverr from the early 2020s. After encountering serious platform-related issues that resulted in significant financial loss, I decided it was important to take control of my work, earnings, and boundaries. This led me to establish my own Terms of Service and operate independently!

Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

1. General

I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission for any reason.
All communication must remain clear and respectful.
These terms may be updated at any time; current commissions follow the terms agreed upon at the time of payment.

What I Will Not Create

NSFW or explicit adult content
Fetish-related content
Heavy gore or extreme violence
Hate speech, discriminatory, or harmful content
Content that violates platform or legal guidelines

2. Payments

A portion of payment is required upfront unless stated otherwise.
Prices vary depending on complexity, scope, and deadline.
No refunds once work has started.
If a commission is cancelled before work begins, a partial or full refund may be discussed.
Chargebacks or payment disputes without prior communication may result in blacklisting from future commissions.

3. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included without extra fees.

4. Turnaround Time

Depends on commission type and queue position.
Deadlines must be discussed before payment.
Rush orders may include additional fees.
I am not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or late responses from the client.

5. Usage & Rights

I retain copyright unless otherwise agreed.
You may use the final product for personal or commercial use as discussed.
You may not resell or claim the work as your own.
Credit is required unless discussed otherwise.

6. Artist Rights

I reserve the right to showcase completed commissions in my portfolio or social media unless privacy is requested beforehand.
I reserve the right to refuse edits or requests that violate my boundaries or values.

7. Agreement

By commissioning me, you confirm that you understand and agree to these Terms of Service.

You can contact me through my preferred platforms (Twitter, Discord or Reddit). Please include clear references, a description of what you need, deadline (if any), and your budget!

Turnaround time depends on complexity and my current queue. Smaller projects may take a few days, while larger ones may take 1–3 weeks. If you have a deadline, please mention it before payment!

Due to country-related receiving restrictions and limitations, I am unable to reliably receive payments through PayPal. To avoid failed transactions and unnecessary fees, I currently use alternative platforms that allow secure international transfers! I also have multiple vouches/reviews from new as well as returning clients in the Reviews tab!

Wise and Western Union are secure international payment services that allow clients to send money across countries. They are widely used and provide reliable transfers without the receiving restrictions I experience with PayPal. I can guide you through the process if needed! I will not ask for your personal information because only mine are needed for the proccess.

Yes! For larger projects, I can accept payment in installments. Typically, 50% is paid upfront and the remaining 50% before final delivery. Installment options must be discussed before starting the commission.

Refunds are not available once work has started. If I am unable to complete your commission for any reason, you will receive a refund.
